Being a Certified Body Pump Instructor, Mary enjoys pushing her clients to their ultimate fitness levels and believes in incorporating flexibility through her knowledge as a YogaFit Instructor. She is also the owner of -Hike It- a hiking and climbing business, taking people on hiking trips throughout the United States and Canada.

Samantha has a background in Rehabilitative Exercise from the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital with experience in COPD and Stroke specific exercise. She also specializes in core stabilization and dabbles in kickboxing and martial arts style exercise.

Samantha believes that:
Corrective exercise is very important in curing neck and back pain.

David Wilder

David utilizes personal training, yoga / fitness instruction, and nutritional counseling to clients and groups. Focus includes all levels of fitness instruction including yoga, calisthenics, weight training, specific sport training, as well as nutritional counseling. Has worked with all ages including children on sports teams, young adult athletes, adults beginning or advancing fitness programs, and seniors to improve their neuromuscular coordination.
